Returns

Due to the nature of edible food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

You may request a return or replacement only if:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged during delivery.

The product was leaking or defective upon arrival.

Return Request

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share:

Your order number

Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product

A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or

A replacement product will be shipped, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

Opened or used products

Damage caused after delivery

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
